Dawn has 22 years of management and training experience with a Fortune 500 company. She has worked with a variety of people, focusing on their individual customer service experiences.
When her former employer closed its California office, she decided not to relocate and became a stay-at-home mom. As her children grew, she continuously updated her household systems to keep everyone responsible for their own stuff. This gave her time to pursue her dream of starting her own business to help other people learn to free themselves of clutter.
Being a business owner and a parent, Dawn understands the value of developing effective and efficient organizational solutions for her clients in their homes. She prides herself in her efficiency and minimizing the purchase of storage containers, which can be expensive.
Dawn is a professional organizer and training consultant. She holds an MBA and a bachelor's degree in business management.
She has also been a volunteer with the Girl Scouts Heart of Central California, a board member for Courtyard School, and held memberships in the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), and National Association of Professional Women (NAPW). She is currently an active member of Organizing Specialists of Sacramento (OSS).
